New Toilet Bock and repairs to the pathway
Because the path will need to be taken up to lay the drains for the new Toilet for the disabled, we need to replace the paving which is now in a poor state and a trip risk in some places. Our two options are:
- To have new stone type flags (preferably concrete) laid.
- To tarmac the path with “School Quality” tarmac.
There is a significant difference in price. Concrete slabs would we are told by the Architect be % more expensive.
